By using Stakeout you agree to these terms. They're short , we wrote them to be read.
The game
Stakeout is a free geography guessing game. We may offer optional paid features (cosmetics, etc.) in the future , those will always be clearly labeled.
Your content
When you submit a photo you confirm you have the right to share it under a Creative Commons license (CC BY or CC BY-SA). We may use submitted photos in the game, attribute the submitter, and remove photos that don't meet quality or rights standards.
Fair play
Don't use automated tools to reverse-search photos during live matches. Don't create bots. Don't abuse the match creation API. We reserve the right to block IPs that abuse the service.
No warranty
Stakeout is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of photo locations, or that you'll win. Especially the last one.
Liability
We're not liable for disputes between players, hurt feelings after a loss, or any damage arising from use of the service. It's a geography game. Breathe.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use = acceptance.
